MSTFAB selects certified SS400, SPCC, SUS304/SUS316, SECC, aluminum alloy and brass/CuZn copper alloy materials for electrical enclosures, medical housings, EV energy equipment, telecom cabinets, industrial machinery and outdoor metal parts. Material, finish, tolerance, conductivity and galvanic compatibility are reviewed at our Guangzhou source factory before production.
Available material certificates and grade documentation are reviewed when specified for the order.
Thickness, bend radius, surface finish and tolerance risks are reviewed by the Guangzhou engineering team.
Brass/CuZn, aluminum, stainless and zinc-coated parts are planned for grounding, inserts and coating compatibility.
