Who we are

A drawing-driven sheet metal manufacturing partner.

MSTFAB is the international brand of Guangzhou Maisituo Sheet Metal Manufacturing Co., Ltd., a 5,000 m2 custom sheet metal fabrication factory in Panyu, Guangzhou. For more than two decades, we have manufactured enclosures, cabinets, chassis, panels, brackets and welded assemblies for overseas OEM equipment teams.

Projects begin with the buyer’s controlled drawing. Our engineers review material, thickness, bend access, tolerance stack-up, weld sequence, hardware, finish and packing before release. That conversation is less glamorous than a laser-cutting video, but considerably cheaper than finding the problem after powder coating.

Prototype and repeat production are supported in carbon steel, galvanized steel, stainless steel and aluminum. We manufacture the mechanical parts in the approved scope; electrical components, wiring, software and final product certification remain buyer-controlled unless the purchase order clearly says otherwise.

What buyers can expectDFM feedback, drawing revision control, first-article checks when specified, process inspection and export-ready packing.

Our capabilities

One accountable route for sheet metal parts.

The exact route follows the drawing, material and risk. These eight stages cover common work for finished mechanical parts and empty enclosure shells. Specified finishing may be completed by qualified long-term partners; MSTFAB coordinates the agreed scope and inspection.

Why choose MSTFAB

Practical controls, not decorative badges.

Overseas buyers need a supplier whose answers survive engineering, quality and procurement review. Our job is to make the build easier to understand before the first sheet is cut.

ISO 9001

Managed workflow

Drawing release, process checks and shipment records follow a defined quality-managed production route.

DFM

Questions before cutting

Bend access, tolerances, weld distortion, hardware and finish allowances are reviewed before production.

FAI

Evidence before repetition

First-article checks can confirm the agreed critical features before a repeat batch moves forward.

EXPORT

Packing around risk

Protection is planned around cosmetic surfaces, cabinet geometry, loose parts and the shipping route.

Buyer check: ask which dimensions are critical, who owns each inspection step and what evidence will arrive before shipment. A clear answer is more useful than a very enthusiastic brochure.

Drawing to delivery

One accountable production workflow.

The exact control plan follows the drawing and project risk. These six stages keep engineering decisions connected to the finished part.

  1. 01

    RFQ review

Confirm files, revision, material, finish, quantity, critical features and destination.

  2. 02

    DFM confirmation

Review bends, cutouts, weld sequence, hardware access and coating allowance.

  3. 03

    Laser cutting

Cut approved flat patterns with material and drawing revision control.

  4. 04

    Forming and joining

Bend, weld and install hardware while controlling fit and distortion.

  5. 05

    Finishing and QC

Verify requested dimensions, assembly fit, appearance and protected interfaces.

  6. 06

    Packing and shipment

Separate finished surfaces, secure assemblies and prepare export protection.
