MSTFAB Factory Photos: Sheet Metal Production and QC

MSTFAB, the international brand of Guangzhou Maisituo Sheet Metal Manufacturing Co., Ltd., shares sheet metal process visuals to help OEM buyers ask better questions about fabrication, inspection and export packing. Some scenes are illustrative; request current, site-specific evidence before treating an image as proof of a particular machine, worker or production order.

Photos that answer buyer questions before a PO.

These photos focus on the moments a quotation cannot prove by itself: first-article measurement, drawing review, cabinet fit-up, finished surfaces, subassembly checks and whether production-ready parts are handled like buyer property, not random workshop leftovers.

From RFQ to shipment: checkpoints that reduce sourcing risk.

The point is not to count machines. It is to see whether one released drawing can move through cutting, forming, welding, finishing, inspection and protected shipment without losing the details that make your assembly work.

Engineers reviewing STEP files and sheet metal drawings

01 / Drawing & DFM review

STEP and PDF files reviewed for material, bend access, hardware clearance, tolerances and finish risks. Start with our sheet metal fabrication overview.

Sheet metal laser cutting, bending and assembly process scene

02 / Laser cutting

Panels, slots, vents and enclosure blanks are cut with downstream bending, part marking and revision control in mind.

Operator checking CNC-bent sheet metal panels

03 / CNC bending

Flanges and returns are formed in a planned sequence to control angle variation, door fit and assembly stack-up.

Welder checking a fabricated metal frame before finishing

04 / Welding & fit-up

Frames and enclosures fixtured, welded and checked before finishing and assembly and packaging.

Inspection of powder-coated enclosure parts after finishing

05 / Finish & inspection

Check masking, coating appearance and dimensions against the approved specification before packing. Confirm whether the selected finish is completed by MSTFAB or a qualified long-term partner for that order.

A practical supplier checklist before releasing a PO.

Use this table to turn workshop photos into useful supplier questions. Ask what is controlled, what can be documented and where your drawing requirements enter the production route.

Factory evidence should make procurement easier, not just prettier

MSTFAB supports overseas OEM teams with factory-direct engineering communication, first-article checks, production-stage photos and export packing review. The useful question is not simply, “Do you have a factory?” It is, “Can you show how my drawing is controlled from RFQ to shipment?” That evidence helps buyers approve a supplier with fewer assumptions.

Factory history

23+ years supporting precision sheet metal parts, enclosures and cabinet projects.

In-house route

Laser cutting, CNC bending, welding, finishing, inspection and assembly coordinated under one production system.

Documented checks

ISO 9001 quality workflow with drawing-based checkpoints and inspection records available by project requirement.

Export communication

Drawing review, project updates and protected packing support for buyers in the USA, Europe and Australia.

Buyer questions before sending drawings or deposits.

Short answers for procurement teams that want fewer surprises before a sample, deposit or batch order.

Yes. After RFQ review, MSTFAB can provide relevant factory and process photos for qualified OEM projects. Project-specific production updates can be agreed before order release.
The page covers laser cutting, CNC bending, welding, powder coating, inspection, engineering review, cabinet assembly and export packing for custom sheet metal projects.
Ask how drawings are released, how first articles are approved, which dimensions are inspected, how finish samples are controlled and how completed parts are protected for export.
For qualified OEM projects, MSTFAB can arrange a video workshop walk-through and discuss the planned manufacturing and inspection route before batch release.
Typical work includes electrical enclosures, telecom and network cabinets, EV energy housings, medical equipment housings, industrial covers, brackets, panels and outdoor sheet metal assemblies.
Scope before promises

Know who handles each step.

A factory photo is useful. A quotation that names the route for your enclosure drawing is better. Confirm the process owner and acceptance checks before you approve the order.

Gallery images illustrate processes; they are not proof of a specific order or machine.
  1. 01

    Metalwork and fit

MSTFAB plans drawing review, cutting, bending, welding, enclosure fit and inspection against the approved revision.

  2. 02

    Selected finishing

Powder coating or other specified finishes may be performed by long-term partners. Confirm the route, masking and acceptance checks in the quotation.

  3. 03

    Final product boundary

These photos do not certify a finished EV charger, telecom device or medical product. Electrical build and final-product approval depend on the OEM's agreed scope.
