OEM OPERATOR CONSOLE SHEET METAL ENCLOSURES
Build-to-print console shells for OEM control stations: accurate HMI cutouts, practical service access and mechanical parts that fit the equipment you select. MSTFAB fabricates bodies, sloped panels, doors, bases and brackets; displays, controls and wiring remain buyer-supplied.

DRAWING-LED MECHANICAL SUPPLY
A useful console supplier protects the interfaces your engineering and assembly teams depend on later: screen fit, operator reach and service access, not only the outside dimensions.
WHAT WE ACTUALLY MAKE
An operator console enclosure is the fabricated shell around an OEM's control equipment. It must put the screen and controls in reach, leave room for wiring and maintenance, and arrive with the approved interfaces where the drawing says they belong.
MSTFAB is the international brand of Guangzhou Maisituo Sheet Metal Manufacturing Co., Ltd. We supply drawing-based fabricated mechanical parts and empty enclosure shells. The buyer or OEM selects and integrates displays, switches, emergency-stop devices, PLCs, wiring and software, and owns completed-system electrical, safety and compliance validation.
OPERATOR CONSOLE TYPES
Choose the shell format from installation and access needs, then freeze the screen, control and mounting geometry in the drawing package.

Working height, floor anchoring, door swing and cable access drive the body, plinth and service layout.

Benchtop shells with sloped HMI faces, button rows, vent slots and removable rear covers for compact stations.

Bracket stiffness, viewing angle, arm coupling flange and attachment to the host equipment matter most.
Inquire This Console
Brushed stainless shells with sloped roofs and gasketed doors, built to the buyer's documented hygiene and sealing requirements.

Most bad samples are not mysterious. They trace back to one interface that everyone assumed somebody else had checked. Agree each interface, its drawing input and its acceptance record in the RFQ. These are proposed checks, not results from an undisclosed customer order.
Define in the RFQCutout size, corner radius, button centers, labels and cosmetic face.
Acceptance evidenceFirst-article fit check against the supplied display and control drawings.
Define in the RFQConsole height, panel angle, reach and floor or machine mounting.
Acceptance evidenceCritical dimensions recorded on the approved drawing.
Define in the RFQHinge side, swing, latch, removable panel and internal clearance.
Acceptance evidenceDoor operation and access verified on the fabricated assembly.
Define in the RFQGland plate, cable bend room, louvers and buyer-selected cooling interfaces.
Acceptance evidenceCutouts and clearances checked; the OEM validates the completed system.
Define in the RFQVisible faces, masking, finish specification and destination.
Acceptance evidenceAgreed appearance, protected interfaces and export packing checks.
For cutout and screen-fit detail, see our HMI enclosure fabrication guide. An empty shell is not a certified control system; we don't turn it into one by putting a badge on it.

FROM DRAWING TO FIRST ARTICLE
We review bend access, weld sequence, panel flatness, hardware location and coating allowance before release. That review is more useful than discovering after finishing that the HMI flange hits a weld or the service door cannot open. Review our sheet metal bending capability when a short return or deep channel makes the drawing difficult to form.
APPLICATIONS
Machine-side consoles that hold the operator HMI at a fixed reach and viewing angle next to the line.
Stainless consoles with sloped tops and gasketed doors, fabricated to the buyer's documented cleaning and sealing requirements.
Operator stations at cell guarding with defined cable entry, door access and a stable mounting interface.
Compact sloped consoles for benches and test rigs where screen, buttons and service covers must stay accessible.
Revision-controlled shells for product families that share common bodies, panels, doors and mounting interfaces.
FROM DRAWING TO EXPORT
The production route is confirmed before cutting so engineering, finish, inspection and packing requirements remain connected.
Confirm revision, material, mating equipment and critical interfaces.
Cut HMI, control and cable features to the approved data.
Control tool access, bend sequence, distortion and panel squareness.
Complete the approved finish, then fit doors, hinges, latches and fasteners.
Record drawing-defined dimensions, protect finished faces and secure loose panels.
CONSOLE ENGINEERING & RFQ SUPPORT
Send enough to get a useful quote. MSTFAB does not publish one MOQ, lead time or tolerance for every console; we confirm feasible terms from the approved drawing package and quotation.

Start with a STEP or STP assembly and controlled 2D PDF drawings. Mark the revision, mating equipment and dimensions that would stop assembly if they moved.

MSTFAB reviews the interfaces most likely to create console rework, assembly delays or a door that cannot open after finishing.

Material and finish are selected around the plant environment, cleaning method, appearance and cost target. Selected finishing processes may be completed by qualified long-term partners under the approved specification.

Prototype and repeat orders can be documented with buyer-ready checks before export packing and release.
Upload STEP, DWG, DXF or PDF files for an operator console DFM review.
FAQ
MSTFAB supplies drawing-based fabricated mechanical parts and empty enclosure shells. An approved order may include the body, sloped HMI panel, doors, pedestal, mounting plates, brackets, cable-entry features, passive hardware, inspection and export packing.
No. The buyer or OEM selects and integrates the display, switches, emergency-stop devices, PLC, wiring and software. The buyer or OEM also owns the completed-system electrical, safety and compliance validation.
A controlled 2D PDF is useful, but a STEP or STP assembly helps confirm angles, clearances and mating interfaces. Send buyer-controlled DXF or DWG cutout data when available. If files are incomplete, identify the missing dimensions before quotation.
MSTFAB can fabricate a shell to the buyer's documented construction and sealing requirements. A shell is not automatically certified or rated; the responsible OEM or test party confirms the completed assembly and any formal IP or NEMA claim.
Selected finishing processes may be completed by qualified long-term partners. The specified finish, masking, inspection and acceptance criteria should be agreed in the quotation and approved drawing package.
MSTFAB does not publish one MOQ, lead time or tolerance for every console. These depend on size, material, bends, welding, finish, hardware, inspection, quantity and packing, and are confirmed for the released drawing and quotation.

MSTFAB fabricates the empty mechanical enclosure. Your team selects and integrates the controls, wiring and software. Agree on these checks in the drawing and quotation, then request the evidence your assembly needs.
Define the screen opening, corner radii, bezel land and button centers on the released drawing. Agree which critical features need a first-article measurement or mating-device check.
Evidence to request: the approved revision and agreed cutout measurements.
Review the sloped panel angle, flange access, front-panel flatness, door swing and hinge or latch clearance before finishing.
Evidence to request: agreed fit-up photos or a first-article check.
Identify visible faces, gasket lands, threaded holes and grounding points that need masking or protection. Selected finishing may be completed by qualified long-term partners under the approved scope.
Evidence to request: the finish reference and agreed acceptance points.
Agree revision labels, protection for visible faces and separate handling of doors, panels and loose hardware before dispatch.
Evidence to request: the packing plan or photos when specified in the order.

To define the inspection scope, send STEP/STP, DXF/DWG or PDF files with the HMI model, critical dimensions and target quantity.
Attach one file, up to 10 MB (STEP/STP, DXF/DWG, PDF, ZIP, or an image). Include material, quantity, and finish details for an accurate quote.
